Subj : POLL not pulling old messages

I'm setting up a new BBS and working on networked bases following Avon's videos. I managed to get test messages to go out to fsx_gen and receive replies without any problem. But for that base and all the other fsx bases, older messages aren't being pulled. 

The Echomail Addresses and Nodes seem configured correctly, and all the bases have Max Msgs = 50000 & Max Msg Age = 365. I don't see anything else in the config that might affect old messages.

For what it's worth, the POLL status looks like this:
