QWKPOLL does it for Networked QWK packets, but for a BBS user you could try
something like this and see how it works for you:

mystic -uusername -ppassword "-xmenucmd OD"

^^ This would log you in as that user and run the download QWK packet
function and then logout.  Then to upload you could do:

mystic -uusername -ppassword "-xmenucmd OU"
