MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Sheet-Pan Tandoori Chicken Categories: Poultry, Dairy, Chilies, Potatoes, Vegetables Yield: 4 servings 1 c Plain Greek yogurt 3 tb Tandoori masala seasoning 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 8 Bone-in chicken thighs; - skinned 2 md Sweet potatoes; peeled, in - 1/2" wedges 1 tb Olive oil 16 Cherry tomatoes Lemon slices Fresh cilantro; minced (optional) Naan flatbreads (optional) In a large bowl, whisk yogurt, tandoori seasoning and, if desired, pepper flakes until blended. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning occasionally. Set oven @ 450°F/232°C. Drain chicken, discarding marinade in bowl. Place chicken in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Add sweet potatoes; drizzle with oil. Bake 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and lemon slices. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Broil 4-5 in. from the heat until browned, 4-5 minutes. If desired, serve with cilantro and naan.
