MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Indian-Style Cauliflower Categories: Vegetables, Herbs, Citrus, Curry Yield: 8 servings 2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Coriander seed 1 ts Cumin seed 1 ts Curry powder/garam masala 1 ts Turmeric powder 1 lg Head cauliflower; cored, in - 1" florets Salt & fresh ground pepper 1 ts Fine grated peeled ginger 1 ts Finegrated lime zest Set oven @ 450°F/232°C. Stir oil, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, curry, and turmeric in a large bowl to combine. Add cauliflower and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat cauliflower evenly. Arrange in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet (scrape any extra seasoning from bowl over cauliflower). Roast until cauliflower is brown around edges and crisp-tender, 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle ginger and lime zest over. Serve warm or room Temperature. TEST KITCHEN NOTE: Try your hardest not to dye everything in your kitchen yellow from turmeric.
