MMMMM---- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Red & Green Coleslaw Categories: Salads, Greens, Sauces, Dairy Yield: 8 Servings 1/2 c Sour cream 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1/4 c Distilled white vinegar 2 ts Turbinado sugar 1 ts Dry mustard powder Salt & pepper 1 lb Green cabbage; cored, very - thin sliced 1 lb Red cabbage; cored, very - thin sliced In a bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and mustard powder; season with salt and pepper. Add both cabbages and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and toss once more before serving. The coleslaw can be refrigerated overnight.
