MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Ramen Chicken Stir Fry Categories: Poultry, Pasta, Vegetables Yield: 4 servings 1 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in - strips 2 tb Oil 1 1/2 c Water 2 cl Garlic; minced 6 oz Chicken ramen noodles - (2 pkg) 16 oz Bag stir-fry vegetable - blend 1 Red bell pepper; julienned 2 tb Soy sauce Green onions; sliced (optional) In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry the chicken in oil. Add water and garlic; bring to a boil. Add the noodles and contents of seasoning packets, vegetables, red pepper and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 7-9 minutes or until noodles and vegetables are tender. If desired, garnish with green onions.
