MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Sri Lankan Rotti+ Categories: Sri lanka, T & t, Vegan Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Onion; chopped 2 ts Garlic; minced 1 ts Ginger; minced 4 tb Oil MMMMM-------------------------NEXT STEP------------------------------ 1/2 ts Dried red chili; crushed and -mild, or to taste 3 ts Cumin 3 ts Dried coriander seed MMMMM-------------------------NEXT STEP------------------------------ 5 c Vegetables (a mix of kale, -cabbage, -carrots, leeks, broccoli -and anything -else you can think of.) Saute first 3 ingredients in oil until golden. Lower heat and add spices. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add the 5 cups of vegetables cut in pieces of sizes that should be done all at the same time (not too small). Add the cashews, and cook vegies to desired degree of crispness.
