       What is presented here is a small tool to cut down on the lag in
       the game Anarchy Online.
       If its played with a free acount, there are shown video on 
       billboards throughout the game, when one dual logs the lag
       caused by this can be massiv.
       The tool patches the length of those movies to 1 frame,
       stopping them and their annoying music/noise.
       Please only use this if you already have a payed account,
       and help keep Anarchy Online alive for many years to come.
