DIR CCSO Nameserver Resources Connecting to CCSO with Ph Ph (stands for "Phonebook") was the original CCSO client that was developed alongside the Qi server by University of Illinois. Back in the 90's when the protocol was still popular, Ph clients were ported to almost every major operating system.
