the evening becoming light. 
.THURSDAY...Windy, cooler. Mostly sunny. Highs around 66 on the
plateau to around 82 along the Colorado River. Light winds
becoming southwest 20 to 30 mph in the late morning and
afternoon. 
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Breezy. Partly cloudy in the evening then
becoming mostly cloudy. Rain showers likely and a slight chance
of thunderstorms. Lows around 41 on the plateau to around
51 along the Colorado River. Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance
of precipitation 70 percent. 
.FRIDAY...Much cooler. Rain showers likely and a slight chance of
thunderstorms in the morning...a chance of rain showers, snow
showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
