15 to 30 mph with gusts to around 45 mph.
.THURSDAY...Widespread snow showers. Blowing snow and areas of
freezing fog. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times. Snow
accumulation around 1 inch. Highs in the upper 20s. West winds
35 to 45 mph with gusts to around 60 mph.

numerous snow showers after midnight. Blowing snow and areas of
