Weather Situation
A significant complex low pressure system will move over SA from the west
during today, then over the eastern states on Friday. A high pressure system
will move over SA over the weekend then move eastwards to be centred over the
Tasman Sea later on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 17 October
Partly cloudy. Very high chance of showers, most likely from late this morning.
A thunderstorm likely, possibly severe. Winds north to northeasterly 20 to 30
km/h turning west to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. Daytime
maximum temperatures in the low 30s.

temperatures falling to around 17 with daytime temperatures reaching the low to
mid 20s.
