Weather Situation
A complex low pressure system over SA will move southeast to be over eastern
Bass Strait by Friday afternoon. A high pressure system will move in from the
west to a position south of the Bight Friday night and continue to move east
over the weekend. Winds over SA will tend northerly early next week with the
high centred over Tasmania on Monday.

Forecast for the rest of Thursday 17 October
Cloudy. Very high chance of showers. The chance of a thunderstorm. Winds
southerly 15 to 20 km/h tending southeasterly 20 to 30 km/h in the middle of
the day then becoming light in the late evening. Daytime maximum temperatures
in the low 20s.
