Five Students Remain in Critical Condition Following Stabbing Doctors in (the eastern U.S. state of) Pennsylvania say five students remain in critical condition one day after a classmate attacked them with a knife in their school. Authorities have charged 16-year-old Alex Hribal with four counts of attempted homicide and 21 counts of aggravated assault for the attack that wounded 22 people. Officials say Hribal, armed with two knives, went on a slashing and stabbing rampage just minutes before the start of classes Wednesday at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, near Pittsburgh. In an interview with ABC television`s "Good Morning America," Hribal`s lawyer said he wants to have mental health experts evaluate the boy. Attorney Patrick Thomassey said he did not know what motivated Hribal. __________________________________________________________________ [1]http://www.voanews.com/content/five-students-remain-in-critical-cond ition-following-stabbing/1890362.html References 1. http://www.voanews.com/content/five-students-remain-in-critical-condition-following-stabbing/1890362.html
