Is the shortage of microcircuits associated with epidemics?

I read every day over 800 RSS news from all over the world every
day. I use local news sites to understand where the world is
going. Recently, we have seen an outbreak of unprecedented
diseases.

more deadly than the current Covid 19.

new triple mutant - a variant of the coronavirus with an unusual

canine coronavirus also has a mutation not previously seen in any
canine coronavirus, but similar mutations have been seen in SARS-CoV-2
and SARS-CoV-1, the virus that causes severe acute respiratory
syndrome, or SARS. Scientists believe the canine coronavirus poses
a serious threat to humans.
The government of the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir
declared mucormycosis ("black mold") an epidemic on May 24, 2021.
This fungal infection develops against the background of the Covid-19

Covid-19 a day in India and an average of 3-4 thousand die a day. 
In the Indian city of Ghaziabad, an outbreak of "yellow mold" was

among people, usually it is observed in reptiles. According to the doctor,

contracted "white mold". The physician noted that the patient's condition
cannot be called satisfactory, he is still undergoing treatment.
Against this background, a shortage of semiconductors and microcircuits
began in the world. News says what it has been linked to the pandemic.
True, it is not entirely clear who was willing to buy so many microcircuits
in advance. And the main thing is not clear why someone needs so many
microcircuits. In any case, something global is coming. It seems to me that
someone bought up microcircuits for the construction of a giant
supercomputer in order to calculate the consequences of the upcoming
mega viral pandemic. It is possible that the World Health Organization
is behind the purchase of chips and microcircuits. They know the end
of the world is coming, so they need computing power to calculate
the consequences. Or is there some other possible plan of action here.
