Vietnam: 120 children admitted to hospital after vaccinated Pfizer

From Vietnam's Thanh Hoa Province (https://bit.ly/3EGCgJw)
reported 120 children were admitted to hospital with fever and
difficulty breathing after being vaccinated by Pfizer. 17 are in
serious condition, but their condition was "stabilized". A total
of 56,700 vaccines have been administered in the province.
Doctors report that all children were exposed to a vaccine from
the same batch, the further use of which has been suspended.
From Bac Giang, Hanoi and Binh Phuoc reported 3 child deaths
following Pfizer vaccinations in the past week, linked
to "overreaction" to the vaccine. For the same reason, 4 workers
from the Kim Viet Shoe factory died.
The two Pfizer vaccine batches in question, numbered 124001
and 123002, originally had the expiration date on November 30.
However, upon a request by Pfizer Vietnam, the Drug
Administration of Vietnam has extended the use of the batches
to nine months under cold storage between minus 90 and minus
60 degrees Celsius (https://bit.ly/308th4E).
