Are Pfizer's vaccines massively killing and maiming people?

The FDA has released the first batch of documents related to
the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. This came after a federal judge
ruled that they must comply with a massive Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) request filed by a government accountability
group.
A respected group of more than 30 professors and scientists have
asked the federal government to share all the data that influenced
the agency's hasty decision to grant the experimental Pfizer mRNA
vaccine an emergency authorization, amounting to more than
329000 documents. The first release of the documents literally had
the effect of a bomb.
According to Pfizer's white paper, Cumulative Post-License Adverse
Events Analysis (https://bit.ly/3diErqF), in the first 90 days from
December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021, more than 10,000 adverse
reactions were reported, including more than 1200 deaths. Only
vaccine side effects that the researchers considered "serious cases"
were included in the report; thousands of other materials were not
included in this data. It is noted that any cases deemed
"non-serious" will be resolved within 90 days, but this report was
released before 90 days had passed since the introduction of the
Pfizer vaccine.
