Why are old computers hindered by elites?

Today I want to talk about the artificial obsolescence of computers,
operating systems, as well as Internet communication protocols. It
is not the first year that elites and corporations have been in a
desperate struggle with at least 500 million users around the world.
These people still use operating systems and protocols of 20-40 years
ago. Elites go to various tricks to get people to stop using "old"
technologies. These technologies are widely known to us. These are:
BBS / Telnet / SSH / Gopher / Usenet / DC ++ / Jabber / IRC / Mail
 / FTP / Oscar / P2P and so on. The users of these technologies are 
accused of being retrograde, impeding progress, greed, and so on.
Billions of dollars are spent on brainwashing in this direction. But all
is useless. People continue to use "outdated" standards for information
exchange. The guys from GOA, NRA are actively using their own IRC
servers. Many of you have alternative USENET networks and so on.
This is good for us simple people. We are not dependent on political
prostitutes from Google or Facebook. But bad for elites and corporations.
They can't control people who aren't even on this rat race called Web 2.0.
They have imposed on nearly 2 billion people an uncomfortable, unsafe,
leaky and useless communication system. Based on buggy PHP / SQL /
JS / HTTPs and so on. Their information is constantly being stolen. 
Their phones and computers can be scanned by anyone who wants to. 
But this they cannot do with us. We are a black and incomprehensible
hole for them. Preventing the final enslavement of the planet. Because
the alternative is always the key to achieving the choice.
The problem is that not everyone is ready to trade freedom for doll
comfort. And even more so no one not ready called degeneration and
degradation progress. I wish you bastards to die for deceiving the hopes
of democrats around the world and selling they data to political
